Established in 2008 as a Property Management Company for Residential Landlord in the private rented sector (PRS) Taino & Scott has since evolved into a Property Investment and Property Development company. Involved with the acquisition, sale, renting, management and development of residential property.
Taino and Scott provide bespoke property investment packages with sizeable returns for its clients. We work closely with our clients wishing to invest with us by selecting and purchasing prime residential invest properties in the SW London that have potential of achieving a substantial profit on their renovation and/or converting the properties into flats and selling them separately the open market.
We specifically focus on residential properties within the zone 2 region of South West London. In developing areas with government-backed regeneration projects in place and/or earmarked for future dates. In each of our projects we look for value enhancement by creating additional size to the property, whilst re-configuring the layout for better functionality for the target purchaser.
Our investment activities involve the purchase of repossessed and dilapidated properties from Asset management companies, Auction Houses and Estates Agencies. We conduct risk profile and feasibility study of all or acquisitions prior to the purchase to ensure capital grow on investment.
