Taino & Scott was founded in 2008 - A start-up specialising in Property/Portfolio Management for the premium-end of the private rented sector (PRS). Focused on providing exceptional service and value for money to its clients. The primary aim is to offer a premium service to the upper-segment of the London private rented property market that is comprehensive, transparent and noble. 

For landlords with a prime property and/or properties in the London area that require management, Taino & Scott welcome your interest. And will be happy to discuss as well as make arrangements to facilitate the management needs. We manage a large spectrum of residential properties, whether they be large, small, vacant or rented-out via an agent or privately-let. Our services are offered on a fixed-fee basis of 5% of the total annual income received.  

N.B. Where repairs are deemed to be caused/fault of the tenant - repairs are usually deductible from tenants deposit at the end of the tenancy (see your tenancy agreement). As well as, all repairs being tax deductible.

How does it work?

Once you've registered your interest with us one of experienced property managers will contact you.  You will then be sent a copy of our property information form to complete and return with payment/deposits. Once received you will be registered onto our system and a policy agreement will be emailed to you along with a copy in the post. If you already have tenants in your property we'll ask you to inform them of us, our services and that Taino & Scott is their first point of call should a problem arise and well arrange for a qualified contractor to attend your property. 

What if my property is already managed?

Switching from your current property management service is simple - Call or send an email to you existing managing agents informing them of your termination/withdrawal and we'll do the rest. Have your account documentation transferred to us and we will set up a new property management agreement under Taino & Scott. Alternatively, contact one of our managing agents directly and they'll be delighted discuss and advise you on the current switching process.  

N.B. Most management contacts have a 3 month expiration date from the the start date - check contract agreement.
